Each tablet of Mag-Sup contains magnesium aspartate 500mg per tablet equivalent to 37.4 mg elemental magnesium.
Adults and children over the age of 12 years: Take 3-9 tablets dialy with meals or as advised by your healthcare professional. Do not take more than 3 tablets at one time unless advised by your health professional.
Children 6-12 years: Take 1 to 3 tablets daily with meals or as advised by your health professional.
