1. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are based on your weight and region. Below are our current rates for orders under 3kg:

Enjoy free shipping for orders over $149 within the first 3kgs. For heavier orders, discounted shipping rates will be applied.
2. Processing & Delivery Times
• Orders are processed by our online team 9am – 4pm (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. If we are expecting further delays due to out-of-stock items, our dispatch team will contact you.
• Express orders are processed within 1 business day and in most cases processed same day if placed before 9am.
• All orders are posted via Australia Post. Please allow the usual Australia Post postage times for delivery. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons and public holidays.
• Please note that orders containing flammable products (fragrances, aerosols, dyes etc) can only be transported by road and therefore may incur delays. Please keep this in mind if you choose to select Express Post as your shipping option.
3. Delivery Address
• Your order will be delivered to the address you have provided. We recommend providing a work address for delivery during business hours.
• If no one is available, a card will be left with instructions to collect your order from the nearest Australia Post branch.
4. Unattended Parcels
While you can opt for an unsigned delivery, please be aware that it may pose security risks, and we do not take responsibility for unattended parcels.
5. Prohibited Delivery Locations
Delivery to Post Office Boxes or Mail Lockers is not available.
6. Delayed Supply and Unavailability
In case of delays exceeding one week, we will contact you with estimated delivery times or offer a similar product. If an advertised product becomes unavailable, we will provide a refund.
8. Dangerous Goods
Certain items, such as aerosols and fragrances, cannot be shipped by airplane and may experience delays. We apologize for any inconvenience.
9. International Shipping
For international shipping, charges will be displayed during checkout. Be aware of customs requirements and your responsibility for additional costs, infringements, and returns.
