Each capsule contains Panax ginseng (Ginseng) extract dry conc. (G115®) 100mg, equivalent to min. dry root 212.5mg, standardised to ginsenosides 4mg. Ginsana contains a small amount of lactose (68mg per capsule). Ginsana contains no added gluten, wheat, corn, egg, soy, yeast, sesame, peanuts or tree nuts, genetically modified ingredients, artificial flavours, colours or sweeteners.
Adults: Take 2 capsules with breakfast (or 1 capsule with breakfast and 1 capsule with lunch) with water, or as advised by your health professional. For best results take for a minimum of 4 weeks.
