Magnesium chloride hexahydrate 300 mg/g -Equiv. magnesium 35.88 mg Contains sulfites and sorbates.
Adults: Apply small amount 5g (approx. 1 metric teaspoon, which contains 179.4mg of elemental magnesium) to the affected area(s) and massage into the skin until fully absorbed.
